Monitor the pilot implementation so that you can compare the actual results to your planned outcomes. Is the system running smoothly? Run available repository system reports to assess numbers of users and to gauge system traffic. Reports may include repository usage measures such as number of hits on each resource, number of items in the repository, number of downloads, and numbers of users and user groups. Ensure that your hardware infrastructure is performing well and can meet current and projected demand. Solicit periodic input from your users to learn their impressions of the repository and gather feedback for future improvements or modifications.
