Effective talking points are critical tools that help staff focus arguments and present a unified vision. PowerPoint presentations can clearly illustrate the repository concept and demonstrate potential benefits to your state. Sharing a standard PowerPoint presentation with project advocates also helps to unify your message. Graphics are particularly effective in presenting concepts quickly to people who are often short of time or attention.
