Review Strategic Questions

Once project stakeholders are finalized, you will meet to further define the directions established by the Project Leadership Group.

Begin by reviewing the high level directions created by the Project Leadership Group (see Project Leadership Group Worksheet [PDF]). The Strategic Planning Partners will use this “big picture” of the project to establish the detailed objectives to work toward, get ideas about potential opportunities and benefits for your state, and identify problems to be solved by the creation of the repository. This group may expand on these ideas or suggest adjustments, but should always remain aligned with the direction given by the Project Leadership Group.
