Verify Stake Holders

A stakeholder is anyone who will be impacted by the repository project. Your stakeholders will come from a variety of areas or institutions. Establishing who the project stakeholders are ensures that the needs of these various groups will be met throughout the project. Many stakeholders were probably identified during the formation of the Project Leadership Group; review existing lists of stakeholders and make needed additions or changes.
